Summer Reading

Dig Deeper: Read, Investigate, Discover!

June 13 – August 1, 2020

Join us for a summer like no other – an online summer reading experience!

Thank you!

We are so grateful to our community for supporting our program this summer, especially those businesses who went out of their way to contribute coupons and prizes for our readers. Thank you so much for your support, Richardson’s Adventure Farm, Classic Cinemas, McDonald’s of Spring Grove, and Taco Bell!

Welcome, Beanstack!

Register online for Beanstack and track your reading. Earn badges for completing reading milestones and activities, and write reviews for books that you’ve read and logged on the site. All ages are encouraged to participate!

The Beanstack app is also available (and free!) for Apple and Android devices. (Our Beanstack site will be available starting June 12!)

Summer reading on Beanstack will be available June 13 through August 1.

Summer Activities and Crafts

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and social distancing recommendations, all in-person programming has been suspended until further notice, including all summer reading activities.

Follow us on Facebook for virtual storytime options for toddlers and preschoolers!

Weekly craft packets will be available throughout the summer (limit one per child, please). When arranging curbside pickup for library materials, mention how many craft kits you need! We will include them with your other materials.
